Back 2 Reality.....

Mondays ... they just suck.. especially the Monday after vacation.. but it is back to reality for this girl.



I must say I had the most amazing Girls Weekend in Lake Geneva that I could have asked for. We spent 4 days drinking 16 bottles of Moscato.. yes 1-6, gossiping, shopping, and celebrating Chrissy's birthday!!! Pictures definitely explain so I will leave it to them..

After some Mimosas we headed off to Royal Oak Orchard for apple picking! It was BEAUTIFUL out! The perfect fall day, cool, sunny.. I got to wear boots and a scarf so I was happy!

We hung around the orchard and bought lunch and too many apple cider donuts, then headd back to Lake Geneva. We drank lots of wine and decided to go shopping! Walking around town with a wine buzz and stopping at every bar we passed to take a bday shot!

Saturday Night was spent getting all girly and hitting up the local 'club'. After a delicious dinner at Bistro 220, we went to Hogs & Kisses. It is my favorite bar in Lake Geneva! We all had such a good time, drank free champagne and shots (thank you Spencer) and danced until 1am! Needless to say we were too busy Party rockin to take many pics but I did get one of the bday girl and katie. Cheers to Birthdays and Best Friends <3

Weekends like this remind me at how blessed I am to have such a strong group of girl friends to look to for support and a hell of a good time. Here's to next year!!

I will spend the rest of the week detoxing wine and puppy chow out of my system and getting this ass back to the gym... it's serious.

Busy Week.. and it's only 3 days!

Busy would be an understatement to how things have been going around here lately.. but I wouldn't have it any other way! Since I have been kinda MIA lately, I thought I would give a quick run down of the last few days. Ready, Set, Go!!!

Last Weekend Started with one of the biggest games of the season.. Bears vs. Packers! I love these games becasue the rivalry is so fun but I hate when we lose.... which we did. BOO! Me and my favorite co-worker besties went out for some cocktails and to watch the game, and much to my suprise we were all enomoured by the bar magician... this guy was legit! He turned 1 ball into 35, made money appear (my fav), and even pulled veggies out of mine and Ricci's ears! We had a blast!

Friday I babysat the twinsies.. which I blogged about while I was there.. a little backwards I guess.. and then it was bonfire time. I absolutley adore the people I work with.. okay.. well most of them.. and so whenever we get together it's always a good time. We had a bonfire at Jarell's house, played Catch Phrase (which is one of the best drinking games eva!) and just hung out around the fire. I finally found my Michalob Cider which is the bomb and the perfect fall drink for only 80 calories!!

And now it has just been business as usual at work. I started training for the Hot Chocolate 15K which is November 3rd.. much easier training then the 1/2 Marathon.... but we will see.

Girls Weekend officially starts tomorrow which means today is my friday.. HOLLLER!!!! Ill let you in on all the gossip, pictures, and wine shenanigans later :) Have a great day!!!

Friday Night with my babes :)

After the crazy busy week I had, my plan for Friday night was a little hair color and nail polish and some good ole Dance Moms.. But instead I got to spend it with Nate and Lexie. My amazing friend Sara had these two beautiful babies about a month ago and her and her husband were long over due for a night up.. Enter Auntie Jill!!

I absolutely adore these two. They are the sweetest most adorable twins ever. I will jump at any chance to spend time with them :)

Today I woke up early had a beautiful run.. It was 63 and perfect out and then headed to Starbucks for my first Salted Carmel Mocha of the season!!!
