Happy Halloween Witches!

Hey Ladies. Just stopping by to Witch everyone a Happy Halloween!!! (see what I did there?!) :)

 

I am not a giant fan of Halloween but I do love any excuse to go out and do fun things on a work night! I am taking a 1/2 day of work today and then heading out with the cutest babies in the world for some Trick or Treating and Halloween fun!!

 Once the kiddos are in bed, its chili bar and drinks for the rest of the night! It's been raining all yesterday and this morning so I hope it clears up a little before all the fun begins!

Someday I will....

First off.. Look at this gorgeous little bloggy of mine. I finally paid for some real design and I am IN LOVE. A little sparkle, clean lines... Heaven! I also found my inner website designer and made buttons and all that.. what a long night it was, but soo worth it.

Someday I will: Learn to let it all go, take a deep breath and forget the past.

 



Someday I will: Enjoy my daily work out. I burn more calories complaining about it than I actually exercising, I need to be better about that.

 

Someday I will: Actually stop being cheap and buy the expensive make up I am dying to get my hands on. Oh and also make it to Sephora and tell them how to put it all on.

 

Someday I will: Work with kids again. It was my favorite thing in the world and I gave it up for a job to make money (lame) and while I enjoy the bigger paycheck, I really miss working with kids everyday.

 

Someday I will: Be a Mom. Life Long Dream. I cannot wait, I want 4.

 

Someday I will: Be a fur mom. As much as dogs annoy me sometimes, I really want one. A pit bull mix like my brothers old dog, he was the cutest.

 

Someday I will: Be a blogger extraordinaire. I really love doing this and hope I can continue even with the crazy schedule I have.

 

Someday I will: Own my beautiful white Range Rover (like Eric Deckers) and drive it all over with my 4 kids.

 

Someday I will: Be debt free... see ya loans, I need to start building up my saving account!

 

Someday I will: Visit Europe. I want to tour the whole place; England, Paris, Spain, Italy, and then hit Ireland on the way home. Month long vacation? Yes please!

Currently...

While I have been off traveling the world for work and being crazy busy.. I have yet again neglected this little space of mine and I miss it.. so I am going to ease back into blogging again.. and hopefully a re-design (any suggestions ladies?) To catch up.. Lets check into life currently:

Reading: Heaven Is For Real , this book, omg. I read the ENTIRE book in 4 hours on my flight to Vancouver. It was amazing, I cried at least 3 times, and it made me want to go to church, for realsies. This little boys journey is incredible and I would recommend for anyone.

Listening: Jerrod Niemann - "Drink to that All Night" - over and over. I love this song.. play it NOW.

Cooking: Egg White "Muffins" for breakfast - love them. Thanks to Katie for the recipe. Helping me on that yeast free, clean eating kick ;)

 

Thinking: I really need to get back to the working out everyday.. life has been so dang busy lately.. Although I did go for a fabulous 4 mile run on the lake with the roomie Saturday and my legs were feeling it.

Feeling: Very blessed to have a healthy and amazing family. Sometimes in life you need to step back and appreciate all the good and be thankful for the blessings you have. Especially my amazing parents, I mean could they be cuter?

 

Wishing: It was the weekend, although I have to work (booooo!) I will be in Chicago and I love that city... plus that means I get to spend time with some of my favorite people who live there!

Wearing: Yoga pants to work.. And I am thrilled about it. Tucked them into boots with a long sweater and BAM.. adorable Tuesday outfit! Plus I scored the cutest sweater (check it here) from Old Navy this weekend.. it has sparkly elbow patches. #idie

Needing: A Winter Coat.. it is already pretty cold here in Wisconsin, at least in the mornings, and rocking a cardigan in 29 degree weather ain't cutting it anymore! I really like theses two below.. oh but I am not a millionaire.... lame.

Wanting: to shop. I need some new fall clothes and have quite the list going on.. see coats above. Plus I need a new purse.. but the one I want.. Kate Spade - Beau Bag .. is $400. Why must I have such Champagne wishes on a Beer budget?!

Looking Forward To: Halloween at Sara's house!! Every year we head to my girlfriends house and eat chili and drink and pass out candy and it's a blast.. this year the twins will be old enough to enjoy and they will be the cutest kids on the block.. I mean could you just squeeze his face off?

Loving: Cooler weather, changing leaves, fall everything. Hanging with my family.. Cranksgiving (our family's version of Thanksgiving with grandma before she goes to Florida) - and look at her new idea for family parties... And people actually did it!!

The Bears Lost today so instead of complaining about that I'm jumping back to one of my favorite link up's

1. What were you like in middle school and high school? Busy. I worked everyday after school, had lots of friends, and was active in school. But I had good grades and was pretty straight edge.. until senior year ;) That is when I was introduced to Mikes Hard Lemonade.. ew.

2. What were your favorite pastimes? Driving around with friends listening to B96... Football games... Movies.. I loved being with my friends.. none of whom I talk to anymore :(

thank god its friday.

First Up....

The house is officially decorated for fall and Halloween and I love it, well obviously.

We got a traffic light at our intersection for work today. I work in a small WI town and have to wait lots and lots of times for dumb semi trucks to cross this road. As ridiculous as it is, this makes my Friday!

 

Loving the beautiful fall flowers on my nightstand. Got them from the Kenosha Farmers Market last weekend and they are still kicking. I might need to head back tomorrow and grab some stuff.

 

I am heading here on Sunday with the family - world's largest corn maze. Fall Favorite Place #2.

Fabulous Fall Times

Well October is here ladies and it is my favorite time of the year! I have seen a million spoofs making fun of girls for liking fall but guess what... GET OVER IT. I love fall and everything about it.. Pumpkin Spice Lattes, Changing Colors, Pumpkin Patches, Corn Mazes, Fall Candles, cool weather, scarves.. I could go on and on..

Now some of my friends say I am a season whore and maybe that's true.. but FALL is my favorite.

 

Last weekend my cousin and I ventured out to enjoy the fall weather and hit up some local favorite places of mine.

 

Weather was a 65 with a nice breeze, I was seriously in heaven. 1st stop was downtown Milwaukee for a famous AJ Bombers burger. If you ever have the chance to visit Milwaukee, this is a must. It was on Food Network & Travel Channel... check them out here.

 

Cannot go there without a picture in the big chairs!

 

I get the same thing everytime... Bomber burger... best cheeseburger ever and peanut butter.. sounds weird.. its amaze.

My mouth is watering.. so yummy!

 

After lunch, we decieded to head to Apple Holler. One of my favorite places in the entire world in the fall!We went apple picking, saw the farm animals, drank hot cider, and walked through a mini corn maze. It was so nice to be outside with beautiful weather and enjoying places in the area.

 

 

 Best Day Ever. I mean the Bears lost terribly so at least the day ended well :)

 

I am going to Richardson's Corn Maze this weekend with the family, largest corn maze in the US! Cannot wait!!

 

Oh yes, look at that, I blogged again.. hopefully this continues :)
